Equine Facilitated Learning Coaching and Healing

Thank you so much for your interest in signing up for a Somatic Coaching program with Gloria Lybecker or an Equine Facilitated Learning Coaching and Healing program with Gloria and her Healing with Horses Team.  Before we get started, please review this agreement to learn what to expect in the Somatic Coaching or Equine Facilitated Learning Coaching and Healing (EFLCH) Program.

 

Scheduling

​

Gloria offers private somatic coaching sessions at her office location, and EFLCH sessions for individuals, couples, and groups at Healing with Horses Sanctuary located in the West Plains outside of Spokane, Washington, as well as private phone, ZOOM, or skype sessions for remote and international clients.

You can book a no cost consultation at any time to determine if working together is a good fit and if coaching is right for you. Your initial consultation will be a private phone consultation. 

​

All individual client spaces are considered based on application only. Please book a no cost consultation, financial assistance is available for those with special circumstances.

• Special Session Packages are offered depending upon your desired needs after free consultation.

• First Visit: Please contact Gloria to book your appointment and give the phone number where you may be reached. Gloria will call you at the time of your appointment. 

• Payment: Payment is expected prior to your scheduled appointment. Checks are preferred accepted forms of payment. Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are also accepted via PayPal, installment plans are available for VIP clients.

• Cancellation and Re-schedule Policy: All Session fees are due prior to the scheduled appointment and are non-refundable.

 

Appointments that are canceled 48 hours or more prior to the appointment time may be rescheduled to a future date at no additional cost. Appointments cancelled 24 hours or less will be subject to a $50 transfer fee when rescheduled to a future date, otherwise cancellation fee is 100% of fees paid. Cancellation fee for no-shows is 100% of fees paid.

There is some flexibility in this policy for emergency situations but remember a scheduled appointment is time reserved especially for you. And usually if you cancel at the last minute the reserved spot can not be rescheduled.

• Pre-Paid Session Policy: If you have pre-paid for a session and would like to cancel that session, there will be a 10% processing fee or a minimum of $20 for payments under $200 to cover credit card processing charges and administrative time. Any paid sessions must be cancelled within 48 hours of the time of payment or monies are forfeited, this includes any pre-paid packages.

• Package Duration Policy: Packages must be used within 60 days of purchase unless otherwise agreed to other terms before the package was purchased. 

• Gift Certificate Policy: Gift Certificates must be used within 90 days of purchase unless otherwise agreed to other terms before the gift certificate was purchased. 

• Timeliness: Due to appointments that are scheduled after your appointment, it is expected you arrive early or on time to receive your full session. If you arrive late, you will receive your session with the leftover time that is allotted if another appointment is scheduled right after. You will be charged the full session price.

• Confidentiality: Please understand that the work we do together is Somatic Coaching and/or Equine Facilitated Learning and Coaching; by entering into this commitment you are affirming that you are of sound mind and body, and personally responsible for all of your own decisions and commitments. I commit that all information you share during our sessions will be kept confidential, as the laws permit. Please note that as a Somatic Coach and Equine Facilitated Learning Coach, I do not have the same type of client-coach communication “privilege” that a therapist or attorney may have under the law.

• Privacy Information: All information shared between client and coach is kept private, your information will never be shared or sold. Your identity and client confidentiality are considered with the strictness of confidences. No information personal or otherwise is shared outside the scope of the client/coach relationship and all forms of identification and payment are kept in locked security files.

• Signed Agreements: You must have a completed signed agreement on file prior to our first scheduled somatic coaching session. (This is not necessary for the free consultation.) To participate in Equine Facilitated Learning and Coaching sessions you must also have a completed signed Hold Harmless agreement and Safety Contract on file prior to our first scheduled session with Horses.

A Coaching Call

​

You will call me at 509-876-1802 at your scheduled coaching call time.  All coaching calls are 60 minutes each in which we will talk about where you are in the process and what needs to happen next.  Alternately, we can meet via Skype or ZOOM if you would prefer.  Please let me know in advance if you want to meet on Skype or ZOOM so that I am sure to have it up and ready to go! 

 

Worksheets, Assignments, and Resources

When appropriate, I will provide you with worksheets and information to help guide you on your personal journey.  I will check in with you around any requests you would like to make of yourself at the end of each coaching call that will be individualized around the work that we are doing together.  I will also share resources, such as web pages, articles, or books that may be useful for further information and self-study.

Equine Facilitated Learning Coaching and Healing

A private Healing With Horses coaching session is designed to give you individual attention to focus on your personal experiential learning. It’s about learning to challenge your thoughts and feel what is true and what resonates in your body. These masterful four-legged creatures will teach you how to be congruent, authentic and open with your true self, without hidden agendas.

What to expect

​

In personalized sessions with Gloria, the focus is on you, healing energy, and somatic depth empathy. We slow down both your inner and outer experiences, mindfully checking in with your body noticing any sensations and/or impulses to move. Our bodily systems hold the memories of traumatic events forever (the amygdala has no sense of time), until we reclaim the moments when we were overwhelmed with attuned and resonate presence. There are numerous paths to reclamation and healing, and depth empathy processes with NVC and EFLCH modalities are an incredibly effective approach to this reclaimation.

 

Why Healing With Horses Is So Successful

Our programs enable you to learn about yourself and others by participating in activities with the horses. Joining with a horse touches your heart. Their gentle and curious nature guides you to access deeper awareness throughout the process.

The receipt of payment from you for Somatic Coaching Programs and EFLCH Programs is an acknowledgement that you have received, read, and agreed to this coaching client agreement.
